Website says open until 10pm I got there at 9:15 pm and they were closed. This was the second subway that said open until 10 pm and both were closed. Maybe you should change your hours on the website! Food is usually GREAT and so is the service. This is VERY frustrating considering I work 3rd shift and on my way to work I can't get anything cold to eat for dinner since the temperatures are very high.
This is an interesting one for me. Poor Subway worker it’s his second day, and was staffed all alone. The line was at least 10 people long and the there were so many mobile orders. Just a sad situation for everyone involved. Will be doing everything in my power to get regional support at helping this location…
I didn’t get paid back the right amount and she scammed my receipt when I asked for it and the service was so bad because she had her AirPod in and was barely paying attention to orders
Wish there was a 0 star option. Absolutely worse subway store I have even been to. Rude, inefficient and lazy employees. Showed up 5 mins late to my pick up time which was already at 20 mins pick up time and they still had not even started on my order. And then goes to say oh we were helping this customer. It will take another 20 mins. All this time, the 2 of you were helping one customer? Just a couple of lazy people behind the counters. I wish they’d have better management in this store because it’s always like this.
