Google Review for Subway – 1295 151st St, Suite 8, Olathe, KS I’m usually very understanding when it comes to customer service, especially in food service, where things can get busy. But our experience at this Subway location on May 17th was incredibly disappointing. My family placed four sandwiches for pickup ahead of time, with scheduled times of 1:15 PM, 1:25 PM, and 1:30 PM. I submitted an online mobile order via the app to the store and even though I have an email confirmation with the address and phone number of this location they claim it is not their store and refused to fulfill my order. I’m out $25. Beware do not go to this store and do not order online using this location. Added a photo of my email receipt as proof.
People are rude. Don't understand light sauces. Throw fits when they get multiple orders. Hot sandwiches are cold.
This is horrible management. Poor kid is in the weeds by himself on a Sunday after noon . He has no help and 4 people in line and 2 on line orders. Ordered At 2pm and here we are still waiting ....not the Employees fault he was left alone to swing in the wind!
