Fly landed on our sandwich as it was being made, skipped the rewards so I couldn't even get points for the order. Not sure why this random trip to Subway frustrated me so much. Maybe Subway has just done too much to make it's customers secondary. If you're in store, they'll make you wait behind online orders for minutes on end. If was just a few minutes today, but I've waited almost 20 minutes to be helped before. Subway also has nickel and dime policies. 1 employee working, this man needs a raise or some extra help. He had 7 people waiting in line to order their food. He apologized for not being able to get everyone at once. Good thing everyone here has lots of patience.
Service is okay but they do everything in their power not to participate in any of the subway promotions so pricing here is consistently higher than other nearby locations.
