The sandwich artist seemed offended when I asked for more olives. Every time I asked for more olives, she put the tiniest bit more when that clearly wasn't what I wanted. By the third item, I started by asking for "a lot of olives" and she put the same (if not LESS) amount of olives than before. She was extremely rude the whole transaction and touched her phone with her gloves on before making our food (did not replace gloves before touching food). The african american guy who served my sub on 5/18/26 @ 130pm at this location for 12 inch sub order did not greet me and refused to put extra sauce on my sub. The manager also is not good he barely put extra sauce..They are showing racist behavior towards me. They are greeting other customers properly however they did not greet me. I see a clear change in their behavior. They lost a customer. I hope if someone else threats the same way and then they can realize. Your store business will go down eventually. My family and I came in for lunch. There’s a young kid that’s in training. He was very a very sweet young man. The man in the NY hat training him was incredibly rude to the kid. The way he was speaking to him was very condescending. The man training didn’t even make my husbands sandwich correctly. When he made mine, he added sauce (that I never asked for) to the bread, put on meat and went to put it in the oven. Again…never asked for it toasted. I wouldn’t come back just because of that guy.
