Horrible customer service ! As soon as I walked in, the older disgruntled woman making sandwiches , told me "there's 4 sandwiches ahead of you." Wow! No greeting, no hello, no eye contact, just rudeness. I decided I would wait because my son was wanting a sandwich. This woman took 10 minutes just to make the first 2 sandwiches. No urgency to get the online orders made so she could move on to the in store customers ( only me and my son). Sandwiches are pathetic and tiny and have nothing on them. I would overlook this if they were cheap, but they are EXPENSIVE even with the coupons! Extra lettuce is even too much to ask apparently. Absolutely terrible. Vote with your money and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

UPDATE 2026- This location is still open. The shopping center is much busier than it was a couple of years ago, due to some popular stores moving into the shopping center. If you have room on your phone, I recommend putting their app on your cell to get coupons and earn points. They also offer a 6 inch sub of the day for $4.99 or a meal with a side and drink for $6.99. Horrible experience tonight at subway. Only one lady was working. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to not even be talked to, 4 other people waiting in line as well, ended up just walking out. She kept prioritizing online orders and didn’t care about anything else. Had a airpod in listening to a instagram live stream.
