Not a good experience today. Placed an online order and customer experience was definitely lacking along with accuracy for just 3 subs. Online ordering was the first straw. Had to download the app because the website kept crashing and it stated that they were out of BBQ chips but in store there was atleast 20 stocked and said they had pickles(keep reading). Horrible customer service ! As soon as I walked in, the older disgruntled woman making sandwiches , told me "there's 4 sandwiches ahead of you." Wow! No greeting, no hello, no eye contact, just rudeness. I decided I would wait because my son was wanting a sandwich. This woman took 10 minutes just to make the first 2 sandwiches. No urgency to get the online orders made so she could move on to the in store customers ( only me and my son). Sandwiches are pathetic and tiny and have nothing on them. I would overlook this if they were cheap, but they are EXPENSIVE even with the coupons! Extra lettuce is even too much to ask apparently. Absolutely terrible. Vote with your money and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
