I ordered 3 cookies and non of them were in the bag extremely disappointed

Waiting time is more than 25 min.
Food is always cold even after being toasted. Older Lady is always rude and seems to always be in a crappy mood. Place is always empty so yeah it’s okay. Past meals, there was a strand or two of hair so yeah. Dumb that you can’t use any coupons unless it’s a specific meal when the app states otherwise.
