I ordered a sandwich around 2:30 and it was scheduled to be done by 2:55. I got there early and usually my sandwich is done before the scheduled time. Technically my sandwich was done but it was left behind the counter, while the one male employee with long brown hair was hiding in the back on his phone call. My wife and I were driving from St. Louis on May 24th to Sedalia. We ordered online, I went in and got the bags, short visit. So today May 29th, I ordered without checking location. I called the location over 30 times in Jefferson City and the line was constantly busy. Called the Wal-Mart it was in, no help. I like Sub-Way but I hate getting cheated.

I've been to this Subway inside Walmart supercenter two mornings in a row. Both days just wanted a simple breakfast sandwich. Yesterday was told their toaster was not working so I would have to eat cold eggs. Today I was told they did not have any eggs or ham. Both times I told him to forget it I will not go back.

Absolutely utterly rude attendant behind the counter. Came up to place order. Might as well been invisible, no acknowledgment of my presence. Or my mother's. Eventually took our order, but then started making other orders once done. Just stood there, as if to be in break. Gave it a few more minutes for him to make the connection. Didn't happen. So we left. It appears Subway. That's taken a significant downfall on its staff. I understand staff. Members are hard to come by these days, but damn! Don't go to this subway location... read more

Might as well be closed. There's no one there, all shelves empty, drink machines flashing red. Upon leaving empty handed, I looked into the back kitchen and saw a worker just standing there texting on their phone, purposely making themselves scarce.
