Yesterday, 2/11, I passed by to pick up an online order 40 minutes after I placed it and it was still not ready, I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. I then got home and my subways were only wrapped in one rapper, instead of 2, so it had bled through and ripped apart. I also realized they didn’t add a cookie I had ordered.
