They do not take coupons. Only on what they want, never what the coupons say. The lady who runs it is always very rude.
Got upset with me after asking for fresh lettuce, they proceeded to tell me that’s all the lettuce in the building. I said this is Subway that can’t be true. She proceeds to go grab another bag of lettuce and dump it out saying it’s the same lettuce. I prefer fresh Instead of the ground lettuce, that’s been sitting out all day. They didn’t want to bag my food so I made them before they received my payment. The guy with the nails I’m sure you know him if you come to this location needs an attitude adjustment.
Always a great experience here, friendly staff...for those on here feeling like you didn't receive good customer service or had a "bad experience"...you're the problem.
I come here almost every day I spend my money within a week I probably spend 100-200 eating subway. Lately the workers in there at this location are so rude!!! Attitude digesting I tried asking one of them for their names and she wouldn’t tell me but I found her name by another coworker. Fernanda should be fired. I want to talk to hr or a head manager immediately they lock the bathrooms keeping customers from using restroom when their are nothing wrong with bathroom.
The lady that works there is ALWAYS rude.
