This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like making a sandwich was the biggest inconvenience of their day. They didn’t greet anyone, rolled their eyes when I asked questions, no smile, no courtesy, no effort just plain disrespectful the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, and I honestly don’t recommend this location to anyone until they get new management or a serious attitude adjustment.
With zero customers, the "workers" standing around chatting. Ignoring us, finally, one takes our order, and then the cashier starts to count her register. She says she'll ring us up when she's done. Worst server, I've been there twice. It was the same a few years ago. Never again.
I got some coupons in the mail and I took a picture of it which you can clearly see the dates on. I thought they would honor it but didn't and the ladies that worked there were rude about it!
