They gave me the best sandwich I've ever had. The sandwich artist apologized for running out of hot honey sauce and offered me a separate cup of the condiment of my choice. I wouldn't have even noticed or cared about the missing ingredient, but they went above and beyond. They deserve a tip. I didn't tip because that would mean less money for me. Today I went to get my subway because it's my favorite food, but I had a bad impression while I was in the store. I observed very unpleasant behavior, or I would say resistance, from an employee who doesn't speak Spanish. I saw how she mistreated the other Hispanic coworker; it looked like a battle ring. Excuse me but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Missing 5 ingredients !!!! WTH??? Guy said he's out of everything and he has a long line - I had to go back twice bc he said he's was working alone and the manager wouldn't hire another person! Today I was in line waiting for my turn when a little boy ordered two sandwiches. The lady told the boy that it was a special of the day and that he should take his two drinks and fries.
