the employees left an hour before closing and i was unable to get my pick up order i placed through the app, i am pissed

I would give no stars if I could literally have never posted a google review before but felt the need to for this one, we put an order in on the app they took our money and the app says it was received AND FINISHED we get to the store and the doors are locked an hour and a half before close. Great business model. Delete Subway
