Whomever you have working tonight is one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever met. She looks absolutely miserable at her job. Treats customers terribly. Ignoring customers. Gross behavior
New employee started helping my family member. The manager skips me and serves a couple and another lady behind me. So I had to wait till two other parties paid before I could pay for our meal. What a joke. When I made a comment manager had a rude comment and blew me off. Fire house sub from now on!!!
The lady in charge didn't get my order right because she was to damn busy talking to everyone else but the person she was supposed to build the sandwich for. Straight up horrible service.
I got Italian sandwich which was good the chocolate chip cookie and churro was just awful 😖
