Time and date of my visit, 7/27/2025 @5:25pm, I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee working at the time—who told me her name was Maria—was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted on the special instructions on my mobile order. It wasn’t toasted and and a worker said I had to pay extra and had to apply it on the app but there is no option for toasted which is why I wrote in the special directions. They refused to toast it for me.
A rare positive post about subway coming from myself. The young lady did a great job on my sandwich and made it perfect to my requests. Wish I had gotten her name or I would be giving her a personal shout out!
