Not american owned !! They do not honor subway coupons!! I will never go to this one or the one on McAuther by sonic. Not american owed and doesn't honor subway coupons either !!!! What is up with this !!
My job placed a catering order and made sure to keep the sandwiches as they come to eliminate confusion. When receiving the order the sandwiches were not cut , and we received 2 veggie footlongs sandwiches which we did not order( which lead us to miss 2 of the correct flavors) and were shortened 1 foot long . The store management were very argumentative but after 5 minutes of discussion they finally took accountability and corrected the mess up . All and all my company will NEVER cater another meal from here .
New ownership is horrible. Can never get sandwich made the same way twice even though it's husband and wife working there. I thought Subway you can have your food made your way. However, every time I ask for extra cheese knowing that I'll have to pay for it. The lady always say she can't do it, and I don't understand that just charge me for the extra cheese most every restaurant/Fast food joint has a button where you can charge. For extra items.
