My job placed a catering order and made sure to keep the sandwiches as they come to eliminate confusion. When receiving the order the sandwiches were not cut , and we received 2 veggie footlongs sandwiches which we did not order( which lead us to miss 2 of the correct flavors) and were shortened 1 foot long . The store management were very argumentative but after 5 minutes of discussion they finally took accountability and corrected the mess up . All and all my company will NEVER cater another meal from here .
New ownership is horrible. Can never get sandwich made the same way twice even though it's husband and wife working there. I thought Subway you can have your food made your way. However, every time I ask for extra cheese knowing that I'll have to pay for it. The lady always say she can't do it, and I don't understand that just charge me for the extra cheese most every restaurant/Fast food joint has a button where you can charge. For extra items. Absolutely the Cleanest and Fresh smelling Subway I have ever walked into! Kind and prompt service. The food was Fresh and tasted Great.
