If I could leave 0 stars I would Elsa was so dang rude and she was the manager Rude person making ordering food so hard Never had any problem with subway at all until today Never in my life left a bad review on anything but today I had to because this manager Elsa So disappointed that people are like this and that this lady is running the store.

When I entered this establishment a worker Allizon was sweeping when I came in while a boy in the back was sitting on his phone while I had to wait for Allizon to finish sweeping. Allizon's questions were unclear and confusing making my experience uncomfortable. While making my sandwich Allizon reached over to grab some meat and her chest/breast touched my sandwich and she did not apologize and continued on. I didn’t get the name, but employee number 3104 that works at 7 am on a Friday. No greeting, didn’t make any substitutions but substitutions are able to be made (it was a sauce I wanted changed).

Last night at 9:20 my cousin and I came in dine in We were ordering the sandwiches and I asked for the restrooms code and the employee told me that the restrooms were already close and I asked him if I can use it because we were staying to dine in And he said no because they were already close And I said why restrooms are close if the restaurant is still open his answer was We are about to close and it was only 9:20 pm And it was a Sunday night they close at 10:00 pm They were really rude and disrespectful. The employee who made my sandwich was rude from the jump. Ordered a foot long and as soon as my wife asked for it to be cut she had an attitude. I asked for lettuce but it was brown and looked old so I asked for the lettuce in the container next to it that was closed with a lid, attitude, watched us struggle to open the drink fridge to then tell us it’s locked.
