HORRIBLE, are you kidding me, i just paid $20 for bread. i’m so frustrated i cannot get a refund and there’s no way to report this on the subway app. I got a toasted meatball sub with provolone, and a toasted turkey sub with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo. EXCEPT I DIDN’T. i got bread with cold meatballs, NO CHEESE and barely any sauce. A cold turkey sandwich with slimy lettuce, NO TOMATOES, NO PICKLES, AND DRY, HARD BREAD. i want a refund.
First he gave me wrong receipt then he refused to accept his mistake that he charged me 8.41$ for different staff.Total craziness
The ingredients on the line looked less than fresh, but I ordered anyway. I got a turkey sub and got home and started eating it. Something on the sub tasted like armpit. I peeled the sub apart, smelled the turkey, and the turkey smelled awful- like armpit. I called and reported it to them but all they said was “sorry we can remake it”.
