Last 2 times we went they only had 1 kind of bread. Over the years they have messed up more online orders than they got right. Always nice and empty inside though.
The service at this Subway is always bad, and today was the worst yet. No greeting—just “What do you want?” and visible annoyance with every part of our order. The consistent rudeness reflects a lack of care from ownership/management. Their 3.5 rating says a lot.
Need to change your store opening hours. They are never open at 8 AM some people like to get the breakfast flatbread. Several times not even open at 9 AM. It appears they have severe ownership issues they can't hold managers told owners do not treat employees well for that reason. Maybe it time they sell find a owner that cares about there business. The drive thru is even closed has been own for sometime. Not sure how they even are open period.
This is by far the worst subway ive ever been to. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt because ya know it’s subway and why wouldn’t ya? Any time I place an order at this location it is wrong. Don’t have this, don’t have that, can’t make my sandwich with the proper bread, place an order 20 minutes ahead of time and still spent a portion of my time waiting. They should really just shut this location right down and consider it a lost cause.
I was just there and a young kid working by himself and he did a great job even though he wasn't set up for the day. He is doing his best and making great looking food
