my sandwich was ice cold. I called and asked what happened and was told it couldn’t have been ice cold. terrible customer service and the rude lady I talked to is absolutely incompetent. can’t even make a sandwich with 3 toppings. won’t be giving this place my money ever again

When I first came to this location last year, I was convinced it was the worst subway I’ve ever been to butttt it has gotten way better! Today (June 18th) there was a young man working all alone and there was a long line. He remained calm and was friendly. So this review is for him. Keep up the good work and hopefully you won’t have to work solo again! I know how hard that can be, especially when people are impatient
I get it. It's the guys first day. But someone should be helping and watching him. Forgot my ranch on a chicken bacon ranch which was cold due to the time it took to make sub number 2. I get 5 miles down the road and go to eat 1/2 of my sub and it's cold, dry, and not cut in half ugh! It's not the kids fault. It's management and training that seems to be lacking.
