Grumpy manager and employees! I was in the Eustis subway where I normally get my dinner periodically this was on February 10 about 4:30 PM. After standing in line for about 10 minutes and watching the manager get irritated with the line and start to get short with customers, not listening and customers walking out I did the same! Poor practice amongst the management and the team of employees serving customers yesterday! Hope they fix this quick!
First and foremost, I requent this establishment weekly. I usually purchase 3 subs, but, tonight was different because of the superbowl!!! There's an issue that needs to be addressed... I don't know the girls' name that was working tonight 02/09/2025 , nor, the young man that refused to give me her name. But, she has an issue with her attitude and she has a potty mouth!
