I was the assistant manager at the first subway to open in walmart in Ohio. As a vegiterian, I used to love Subway until today. I'm waiting on a bus to get to my next job and see a subway here at the syracuse Grey Hound bus station. I got a veggie delight. And will never do subway again. You get 6 olives, 6 pickles, 3 fingers of lettuce, NO cheese, no crackers, and I can respect no bags because it is plastic. The cost for nothing is $8.00. Ordered a sub, was asked did I want anything else on sub after the food was rung up( too late now) asked for ice told no can't get ice in my cup, and had to purchase a soda to get ice, Don't waste your time here!!! Go across the street to the mall more option less hassle, better customer service and experience
I was waiting 40+ minutes while two ladies worked on some kind of big order and could not be bothered to stop and make one six inch sandwich. They said it was going to be a few, I didn't realize it would be 40+ minutes. Zero fks given to providing good customer service. Should have read the reviews before I decided to stop here for a sub, which I never got anyway...
We visited this subway store on Sunday 23rd of March around 2:30 pm. The grumpy lady who served myself and husband was extremely rude. I Have had 2 strokes I often get confused and muddle up with what I am trying to say and order - rather than being patient and assisting me with my order this lady felt the need to berate at me as if I was an idiot. It has really upset me! I have never met anyone so horrible working in the hospitality industry. Huge big thumbs down! Ps. One more thing … she doesn’t like it when you order some... read more
