I had a bad experience today at this location 5/3/26. I placed a online order at 1:41pm while I was shopping in Walmart. My order was to be ready at 1:55pm. I gave it longer until 2:05. I arrived a subway counter which was very nasty and distasteful no one in sight or in restaurant I continued to scream hello hello. I then see a young man come walking in to the store after being wherever. My order was never fixed the young man had such a non chalant attitude. I was so pissed. There was a cockroach in the soda fountain area. Very gross.

While walking past the store, I saw a sign about a pepperoni ranch sub. Foot-long for 699 had a picture with lettuce and tomato and onions. I went to order two of them to take them home for the family and I was told that I could not get vegetables on it. I was told it came with the meat, the cheese and the sauce that was it. On the way out, I went back and looked at the sign and sure enough the picture has vegetables on the sub. So why are you not selling what you are advertising?

Veggies are never fresh ! Employee refused to give me fresh lettuce until I demanded it.
