I went to this location and when I tell you the lightskin girl with glasses was so rude, throwing the food, talking while making the sandwich, not in a nice way. She needs to go, better yet send a secret person in there and you will see.September 17.
Generally had (and continue to have) very unpleasant experiences at this location. I understand that working food service in a university neighborhood is difficult, but there is no reason to take that unpleasant attitude out on customers. Employees are regularly rude and unpleasant to customers when I go here and stand in line.
Complete trash place is a joke and the workers have no clue what they are doing, with a high turnover for workers the issue never goes away
I ordered catering online and then got an email that my order had been cancelled. I called the store and they said their manager would call me back. Never got a call back.
Worst customer service ever. Most employees are not happy with what they are doing. Every time I see their faces I just want to turn around.
