Worst customer service ever. Most employees are not happy with what they are doing. Every time I see their faces I just want to turn around.

I've been coming to this Subway since my husband had to be hospitalized in August 2024 until yesterday. I normally order a 12" Veggie Max with 1 of the patties wrapped separately and not heated. I was informed by an employee that if I downloaded the app then I could earn points for every dollar spent so that's what I did. I see a television ad-order online and get ANY foot long sub for $6.99.
