I was so beyond upset by the costumer service here. There was a woman named Kristal I believe and she was so rude to the point I wanted to speak to a higher up. Found out she is the higher up. Disappointed.
Shay was awesome! She assisted me with so much and I’ve never felt so welcomed! She seemed to be the manager and her employees were all in good spirits. Never have I seen a Subway with such a happy team and an even better manager!
I went to get a ham egg and cheese breakfast wrap yesterday through the app. They forgot the ham, gave me regular cheese instead of pepper jack, didn't toast or heat anything (cheese wasn't melted at all and the egg was literally refrigerator cold), and it barley had anything on it. I got a fountain soda but the ice machine was broken so I had a warm soda I couldn't even drink to go with my cold egg sandwich. Cost like $9.
