Very bad staff talking to themselves in the back and not taking care of customers I went once and waited for an order for 1 hour and nobody was working.
They need to figure out there scheduling. Internet says they open at 7, been in beforee at this time. go in and there are 2 people doing busy work and get told they don't open until 9.
I was so beyond upset by the costumer service here. There was a woman named Kristal I believe and she was so rude to the point I wanted to speak to a higher up. Found out she is the higher up. Disappointed.
Shay was awesome! She assisted me with so much and I’ve never felt so welcomed! She seemed to be the manager and her employees were all in good spirits. Never have I seen a Subway with such a happy team and an even better manager!
