I was trying to order in the app for the, buy a footlong get one for a $1, but the app was not working. So I had to go to the store. I told the girl at the window that the app wasn’t working and that this has happened before. She said there was nothing she could do and I was going to just have to pay the full price. She did not even try.
As you could expect a good Subway to be.
The manager is not a good person. I was treated very poorly
The building is clean. The guys behind the counter were friendly. They washed hands and changed their gloves several times as I stood in the building watching. Bathrooms were clean. Watched them go in to refresh them after each use. Had an issue with one of my sandwiches. But the guys made it right and offered several solutions. Greatly appreciated.
