I went there about an hr ago ordered online and I gave another 20 to 30 minutes for him to make them and they the bread was hard as a rock this isn't the first time this has happened the last few times the bread has been rock hard and the lettuce a lot of brown I'm sick of it something needs to be done 60 bucks later and every sub was hard as a rock .
If I could leave no stars I would. A week ago my husband and I orders subs here. We spent 30 bucks. The worker was slow the bread was rock hard AND on top of that I found a hair in my sub. We have been trying for a week to get a refund. But today we were told they don't give refunds. That they only give replacement subs. Why would I want another sub from there. I want my money back.
Was told bread was fresh. It was hard as rock. I asked to have the bacon heated...it was half cooked. Not a good sub.
This is the second time I have visited this location. The customer service is probably the worst service I have experienced. The employee complained how much she didn't like her job, talked about her personal issues, did not focus on the customer. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The food was not refilled, wilted , the space is dirty. The other employee was not helpful in refilling products. She spent more time , while working, conversing with her family thst walked in. For the third time in a month there was no one at the counter when I arrived. On two occasions I had to ask a Walmart employee if the location was open. On one such occasion the Walmart employee tried to find the Subway employee for me, and ended up just saying they could not find them. I waited for almost 20 minutes before leaving...
