For the third time in a month there was no one at the counter when I arrived. On two occasions I had to ask a Walmart employee if the location was open. On one such occasion the Walmart employee tried to find the Subway employee for me, and ended up just saying they could not find them. I waited for almost 20 minutes before leaving... Slowest clerk ever
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. For the second time in the last month I've stood around waiting to be helped for more than 15 minutes because the two chumps that work evenings were outside smoking. When I spoke to them about this they copped an attitude. Neither of these morons should be working in customer service. Go somewhere else for your food.
Worst (or I guess invisible?) customer service. I placed an order in the parking lot prior to shopping at the Walmart there. Received an email while I was inside that the order was accepted. Shortly after, I received a second email that the order was cancelled. I went into the subway to ask why, because I had no missed calls or anything.
