I’ve never felt so disrespected at a food establishment. The staff at this Subway location carry an attitude that screams “I hate my job” and unfortunately, that bitterness spills directly onto the customers. Basic courtesy is missing, and any request outside their robotic routine is met with eye-rolls or sarcasm. Last time I ordered, I clearly asked for less salt and black pepper due to health concerns. Who ever worked this morning was very rude. She was not welcoming at all, in fact I felt like I was intruding because it seemed I wasn't welcomed. I didn't order at all because of this experience.
