This was honestly one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no proper greeting, no friendly attitude, and the staff seemed annoyed while dealing with my order. I called the restaurant to place my order, but there was still an issue with how the order was handled. Refused valid "two footlongs for 14.99" mailer coupon claiming it was "already used." Proceeded to overcharge for two ham footlongs. cost me $32.17 after taxes along with my sanity. Experience was shared with support center, have gotten no response.
