It’s really disappointing that Subway doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. I was a paying customer, and yet the toilet was locked and unavailable, which felt very unwelcoming and inconsiderate. A basic level of customer service should include access to clean restrooms, especially when people are dining in. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Not likely to return.
