Love the subs workers are so nice
I have eaten at this Subway for years. Its always been good. That being said, I ordered online today and out of the 4 footlong subs we ordered only 1 of them were correct. When did a Italian BMT start having bologna on it? Needless to say, I wont be ordering on the app any more. I understand that you may have new employees but they need to know the different meats and what goes on all the subs. And if a new employ is being trained, the trainer should step in and correct them if they make a mistake.
Last Saturday night after shopping we stopped for a sandwich. I noticed right away she was on her phone. My husband knew right away what he was getting and started to order. I noticed how nasty the glass was all the glass even the cookies. The vegetables looked awful and mushy. We brought it home and trashed it. You guys lost our business. Employees need to clean the store on their down time. I couldn’t believe how nasty it was. Wasted $15
