Les deux dames au comptoir sont tellement pas du tout polies et veulent charger pour tout et rien sans vouloir rien donner. Elles te chargent même pour ton sac en papier pour mettre ton sandwich à emporter. C’est vraiment désagréable comme service et je ne suis pas prête de retourner là-bas

I’m hesitant to give poor reviews to conglomerates where I’m sure the manager is never around and just sits back and rakes in money off of staff abuse but my service here was exceptionally poor. I arrived 13 minutes before their website provided closing time, I was talking on the phone with someone trying to get their order and one of the ladies practically yelled at me (I had not approached the counter to order yet) that I either ordered now or they close. I had a $30 gift card, and two rude employees refused to accept it. When I politely asked for an explanation, they threw away my sandwich and said, "Next/Suivant!! They went, "either you pay or nothing, we don't accept carte de cadeau." When I told them you gotta scan with the scanner that was hidden behinde the tipping box, she said don't move the box and pay!
