into this Subway on March 24 during late dinner hours, expecting a normal meal—but instead, I witnessed one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. One of the employees, a girl with short black hair, was loudly talking about substances right in the middle of the store while on the clock. She was having this conversation with a coworker who clearly looked uncomfortable, yet she kept going as if it was completely normal to discuss something like that in front of customers. On 3/27/25 at approximately 3:45pm I stopped into this Pocatello location (my first visit to this particular Subway) to order my sandwich of choice, #42, Chicken Salad Sandwich. A sandwich where the picture shows mayo mixed into shredded chicken. I told the male employee (who was working on this time and date), this was the sandwich I wanted. Tried to go through the drive thru but no workers were watching the drive thru...none were visibly seen through the windows. As I drove thru I could see one sitting in the back on her phone. I have a picture if the manager of the store would like to see. When I went into the store three of them came out from the back and one of them mumbled something about it not working. I'm sure they're nice girls, but I would want to know if I was a manager. They did, however, do a good job with the sandwich.
