The only subway I will go to in Pocatello or chubbuck. The owner of this one is amazing and truly cares about the safety of his employees and that his customers have a good experience! The store manager is amazing too, always happy & smiling keeping customers & employees spirits up!

I'm not one to usually complain lol but whoever was working 05/31/26 actually sucks. Ordered online and figured it wouldn't get that messed up unless they're really busy cause it's just a sandwich but man I was wrong. There wasn't a soul in the store and still h ealf of my stuff was somehow put on my partners sandwich, neither of us got the bread we wanted, and spent an extra 4$ for avocado that neither of us ended up getting.
