Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order online, arrived at the restaurant, and was told there was no record of it. Instead of trying to sort it out, the staff was openly rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they kept my money and gave me nothing in return - no food, no refund, no apology. This is not just poor service, it's completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about ordering here, don't. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and go somewhere else.
We placed an online order, but when we got to the restaurant, they told us there was no order for us. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and dismissive. To make things worse, we were still charged even though we never got our food. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I'd recommend avoiding this place - trust the other reviews and save yourself the trouble.
