Date: June 29th, around 2 PM The employee working at that time clearly had no idea how to deal with customers—completely unprofessional. The store was in terrible shape when it comes to food hygiene. They seem to charge extra for just about everything, and to make things worse, I could literally see water collecting under the food, which tells me they’re not even keeping the freezer at the right temperature. Basic standards clearly don’t exist here.
I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. One of the staff members was really kind and helpful. When we asked if he could grill our sandwich, he said yes and was willing to help. However, shortly after, another staff member (Simran) came and was very rude. She refused to grill the sandwich in a dismissive way, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. The girl working there was all alone and could not keep up with the orders. Any mobile orders were put to a side and walk in customers were served before, one after the other. The management should do better.
Subway is a great go-to when you want something quick but still a bit healthier. Les ingrédients étaient frais, le pain bien cuit, et j’ai pu personnaliser mon sandwich exactement comme je voulais — toujours un plus! Staff was polite and worked fast, even during the lunch rush.
