Went with my daughter. The gentleman that assisted couldn't understand simple English which made it hard to order at a customizable sandwich shop. Ordered a kids meal and charged me for a 6"....daughter didnt even get her drink/side. I asked about the side and drink and the gentleman acted confused and didnt understand questions yet again...very frustrating. Just ordered delivery two meatball subs through the app. They were disgusting. It made me vomit from taking one bite. There was absolutely no red sauce on the sandwiches. I’ve called them 15 times and as soon as it gets ready to ring, it hangs up on me. I can’t even speak to anybody to get a refund!! 🤮
The staff here are nice. Unfortunately within the past two weeks that I've ordered here through the mobile app I had gotten the wrong sandwich and most recently found a small, brown, round object in my sandwich as I was biting down. It was so hard I thought I had broken a tooth.
The inside of the restaurant is literally 90 degrees, and the employees do not speak English.
