i got food poisoning because of cross contamination. im not even joking. a worker, before I even started telling them what I would like on my sandwich, started putting some meat on my bread and when I told them I didn't want it, they literally just took the meat off and PUT IT BACK IN THE CONTAINER AND KEPT THE SAME BREAD, putting me, the next person who WOULD want that meat, and any other person who got their sandwich made by that worker in danger of sickness.
I ordered online, I specifically put in the instructions toast the sandwhich and I asked for more vegetables. The lady did not toast my sandwhich nor, didn’t put any sauce or extra vegetables like I asked. Horrible. When I walked in, she wasn’t even paying attention to making the sandwhich, she was talking and not ready the receipt. I came in about 7:45 pm
There’s 3 other locations within a mile radius I suggest going to them this location bread was hard from sandwich and while there’s a line and making my sandwich the employees are talking and giggling while there’s a line which made the other responsible employee start helping someone else in line 3 people making sandwiches and it’s the longest I’ve ever waited at subway management needs to be fired and evaluated
I ordered 4 sandwiches for my family on the app and then when the sandwiches were ready there was only 3 so I called the place and they told me that "what they got in the receipt is what they got to make and we can't do nothing about it" with a b****y attitude. Would still order from here just now aware that the workers in here are not helpful at all. Subway please do something about this!
