I walked in 8pm, 1 hour before closing and the guy made the excuse that the toaster was “broken” and he couldn’t use it, that there were “no straws” and once he gave me my sandwich he said to not bother sitting down because they’re about to close to just take my food and leave… again, a whole hour before closure, very rude service!
shelby the manger should be fired. You need to learn how to manage your store better and not having one person on for the day, the store should not be closed at 5pm this is the 3rd time it happened.
I had too tuna sandwiches the taste was so good and the veggies were so fresh.
So disappointed in our subs last night. We always order subs from this location and they are really very good until tonight. The bread was horrible. It should have thrown away. It was so dry. The sub was crumbling. They were missing items, which I would have let go. But who is in charge of when bread should be discarded?
You could order a whole day ahead probably wouldn’t even get your food on time. I understand that when people walking you have to make their food as well but it’s completely ridiculous that I ordered my food 45 minutes ahead of time and somehow still waited an extra 45 minutes to get my food and I couldn’t even eat it because my food was completely soggy because how long it was just sitting there
