Rarely is a sandwich at Subway made and it ends up looking like it does on television. But RAFIAH the New Manager at the Ballou Park location is doing an Excellent job!! She was very Positive and Attentive. It's not easy to deal with the public nowadays. You have to deal with nasty attitudes and sometimes very foul people. But she exuded Professionalism and a Welcoming Attitude! Thank you Rafiah for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And keep up the Magnificent work!!!
