I have visited this place on two occasions, and both times the service was terrible! It was the same girl as always; I think they really need to improve their customer service!
The reason most subways go out of business is they have the worst service in the industry hands down. I asked to get an ice coke from behind the counter she looked at it looked back at me rolled her eyes and said it’s broken! This is a lie because the machine was full and spinning she’s just lazy. She refused to let me get a cookie too so I got chips and drink with the meal I didn’t want. Extremely rude too her whole demeanor. Girl that made my sandwich never spoke to me just looked. I ask For wheat bread the one time she did talk was to tell me they didn’t have any baked and I looked they didn’t even have any in the proofer to start the process. The bread I did get was old. They had no sweet tea made and no unsweetened tea. I was here at noon so these things should have been done.
Went to get a sub today with a coupon I got in the mail which does not expire until 11/8/25. Was told they do not take coupons anymore. Obviously isn’t true because yesterday I used the coupon book no issue with the same person. So I said I would go to a different location to use my coupon.
