First and last time I’ll ever go here. I ordered a spicy Italian sub toasted. The first red flag was she put the cheese on the bread then the meat! I ordered this sandwich once a week from the South Holland location and this was NEVER done. After my veggies were added I asked for LIGHT mayo and LIGHT mustard and she put a ton on anyways, disregarding my order rendering the sub completely inedible! I also lost $2 in rewards due to her inability to follow my requests properly.
Is looks like every time I go there's someone new being trained.. always language barrier. Portions are inconsistent like ordering two of the same sandwiches but one has more stuff on it. Subway is getting expensive
Employees are very inviting and friendly 🙂
Food was good but didn't realize I would have to wait over an hour from the online order for three sandwiches to be made. At least give me a call and tell me it's not going to work out time-wise. I tipped the worker anyway, but I shall not be returning.
