This complaint is about the 3212 D NorthWest Ave, Bellingham, WA location. I placed an order for 3 footlongs at the restaurant. After the subs were prepared, I provided the coupon I had for 3 footlongs for $19.99, which was valid and expiring on April 5, 2025. The server refused to accept the coupon, saying that the owner had instructed him not to accept any coupons. Disappointed with my recent order. Paid extra for more meat and barely got a normal portion. My sandwich was sloppily made, poorly wrapped, and falling apart before I even took a bite. On top of that, the worker clearly didn’t want anything to do with me—zero effort or care. As a regular customer, I expect better quality and service.
Location and service was a bust,will never be ordering from the same location again.
Food was very delicious and customer service was great i would recommend this place to everyone
