I normally don’t post any reviews but I do really believe this subway needs more recognition, great food, great costumer service and also one of the cleanest restrooms I’ve seen in a subway, very different from the other subways I’ve been to. I went in when there was a lot of people and even then I was still greeted with energy and felt very welcomed. I would be coming here more often!!
Best staff , fresh bread and veggies and amazing subs . This is the best subway in town !
Be careful, and pay close attention to how the person serving you speaks to you. The one who speaks Spanish is very nice, but the others are rude. I ordered online and they treated me badly just for that. They wanted me to sit down, and angrily told me to. I have a bad back and can't sit just anywhere, and they served me with a sour face. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Rude customer service & then refused to give me a number for management. What is wrong with people in customer service these days. If u don't like ur job, let someone else do it. Plenty of people who want to work & would do it happily.
The manager was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I tried to ask a simple question about my order, and instead of helping, they gave me attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them. Customer service should be a priority, especially from someone in a management position, but this was the complete opposite. It honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
