Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff were so friendly and my samdwhich came out perfectly. I will definitely be coming to this location (next to HOTWORX) way more! Fantastic service and super clean restaurant. Highly recommended!!
this is sloppy work and no lettuce, tomato or onion on this half of the sub is crazy falling apart can't even eat it after spending 20 dollars on this sub, yes i wanted double meat but that's ridiculous, then when I said I wanted to toasted, he acted surprised and said you want toasted. It's grilled chicken. Why the hell would I want cold grilled chicken on my sub ? it was barely toasted btw chicken was still cold I just wasn't in the mood to argue for a refund since the man taking my order could. barely understand me anyway
Bought an Italian herbs and cheese foot long with rotisserie chicken here today Fab 13, 2026 at around 12 noon there was an Asian guy and a black short dude. They served me wrapped them separately as requested and I was out. When I got to where I was going and I started to eat my meal, I first noticed that the bread wasn’t fresh it was hard by this I was hungry so I continue to consume but I notice that the sandwich didn’t taste like what I’m use to and it had all the regular stuff I ordered and I did see them put it all on.... read more
Terrible customer service! BTW don't try using your coupons here, apparently the Lady's island store doesn't except them and the price for the food wasn't worth it! If you want a great sub at equal prices then hit up Jersey Mike's !!! Great food there every time. I'm a Mom with 4 kids and won't be going back to Subway
