App wouldn’t work. Kiosk wouldn’t take the coupon code. No big deal. Ordered two sandwiches BOTH of which we found out were incorrect once we got home. That really didn’t matter cause they appear to have dumped the entire salt shaker onto the sandwiches making them inedible anyway. No manager available when we called to ask for our money back or a replacement. Would have been a better experience to just light $38 on fire.
Tried this Subway Friday & never going back. 2 guys making sandwiches & girl on register. Wall in front of window so you cannot see how your sandwich is made. Ordered chicken onion terriiaki, flatbread, pepper jack cheese, toasted, no veggies. Got home & even though this choice is pre-measured chicken in containers simply dumped on bread - it was HALF the amount of chicken on sandwich that other Subways use!!! No wonder they put a wall in front of glass! They stiff you! Beware!
This particular spot has been the best I've visited! It's all great!
This place used to be ownd and run by the most lovely asian family who knew me, my order and offered a military discount. Now its run by ordering kiosks with a wall in front of the make line to prevent you from speaking to humans about your meal. Finding a new shop to eat at.
