Absolutely Terrible Experience – Twice! I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this Subway location has left me no choice. I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times my order was completely wrong. The first time, they forgot the meat on three of the sandwiches—literally only put half the sandwich together. Total mess. This location now has a wall blocking customer view of food & toppings. It also makes you use a kiosk to order & does not have option to have sandwich toasted. They massively skimp on what is in. Sandwich’s. So I basically paid $12 for a hunk of bread.
This is what ordering from the kiosk gets you. The phone number on the receipt is just for show. No answer and mail box is not setup. Should have stuck with Mr. Goodcents. We figured we give them another try, but customer service is not a priority for this location.
Service was good but, the corporate kiosks instead of talking to someone in person creates confusion and is just unnecessary
