Who ever is working the graveyard needs to be retrained. At 11:30 pm today I went in first thing I noticed is that there’s no one there. I wait and see the lady on her phone in the corner. She comes up and asked what I want so I say “cold cut with Italian herb and cheese 6 inch.” She then takes out a foot long so I tell her 6 inches again. She then asked what cheese would I like and if I wanted it toasted. I repeated and said white cheese and toasted. She then does the rest fine.
