I'm so impressed by this Subway's sandwich makers! They were meticulous and thoughtful, unlike other Subways I've been to. The crew even added a napkin tucked into the sub - a nice touch that shows they go the extra mile. Update: this restaurant continues to impress, especially Ishwar who called me when my mobile order had an option missing and he made sure to solve it! Thanks team!!
I would like to report an incident with one of your employees. I politely asked if I could have extra protein, and the employee responded by yelling at me. Their behavior came across as aggressive, threatening, and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service I expected. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into so that other customers are treated with respect.

Stopped in this morning around 6:45am (open early for a large school order) and everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in! The two ladies making the sandwiches Vandana and Nisha were very helpful and kind. The manager Rakesh also went above and beyond and gave my son a cookie on the house! I used to work nearby and visit often with great service. Happy to see that some things don't change! Thank you all for a great start to the day!!
