Need to identify today my wife went in to get two if her favorite cookies but this needs to be said. The girl behind the counter after my wife inputted no tip on the POS terminal since all she did was grab 2 cookies the girl said oh it didn't go through and reinputted her cookies and added a tip without my wife's permission. That was uncalled for. We always tip for service when it's appropriate but not for someone doing their job and so little effort that took less than 30 seconds to grab them. This subway absolutely sucks. I had to practically beg for my sandwich to be made the way I wanted it, the young girl had an attitude about it. All I wanted was extra pepper and she kept trying to rush the situation. I had to ask for “more” like twice. She sighed as if I was asking for a mountain of pepper. When I checked out, she didn’t make any eye contact and when I said thank you, she walked away very rudely. Not a good experience at this location for me.
