Customer service has gone downhill, not sure what happened to the older woman who was much nicer. The new girls in there have some weird attitude problem.
Subway is pretty consistent across locations The service at this one stands out though not just the attention to detail, but the true warmth the two that were working had towards me. It's rare that, as a person and as a customer, that I feel appreciated. Actually made me visit more often than I normally would.
I understand that businesses may have policies about restroom access, and I’m not disputing their right to enforce them. What was disappointing at this Subway location was not the rule itself, but the way it was handled. Policies can be communicated with professionalism and basic human decency. My husband found a caterpillar in his food. When he went to let the employee (Stephanie) she did not want to refund my money nor did she want to remake his food. He had to call the police because she had a horrible attitude and she didn't want to give the refund. We will be calling the health department tomorrow morning. This subway needs to be closed. Seeing all the reviews that also stating the same thing is just our point!
blonde lady with a pony tail is super rude… i asked for extra sauce on my order and she said yeah it already says extra sauce in a super rude tone, she is super rude with all guests that come in and treats them like they are stupid and repeats everything over and over in a loud rude tone of voice, terrible customer service
