Jennifer is a mean woman who should not be working in customer service. All we did is walk in for 2 sandwiches, not only did Jennifer have an attitude problem with her employee Josh, saying her honorary attitude was okay because ”she’s been here 9 years” and the attitude extends WITH CUSTOMERS TOO. I came around 11:15 and the first thing I notice is the young lady at the counter she's got a line of 3 people including my self. None of us were greeted. This young lady looked absolutely miserable being at work. Not one smile. Get tone was flat. 15 mins go by and Danielle the assistant manager came back from her break and my that time the young lady Kayla or Makayla wasn't even done with the second person in line and there is now 8 more people in line waiting. Had a good sandwich
Best Subway location in the Surprise area. The customer service is always top notch- even when working with a customer, you're greeted by staff as soon as you enter. Dining room and food prep areas are pristine clean. Ingredients are fresh, and sandwiches are made quickly and with care. Washrooms are clean and tidy as well. This is the standard all restaurants should be held to. Always an enjoyable experience dining in. Great subs! 😁
