Really horrible experience here. Ordered through Grubhub and went to pick it up but when I got there the employee insisted that I confirm the order. I showed my email confirmation but he only wanted to see the app confirmation. Pulled that up and he still insisted that I needed to confirm. After showing him multiple times he still held my sandwiches back. I was frustrated and overwhelmed and honestly at this point really mad. I tried but this was an awful experience, after a long day and late at night. 0/10
This location and customer service by far the best Subway location I’ve visited in a long time. Keep up the good work!!
Worker completely ignored our request to add chicken. There was so little meet that you could barely see anything when the sandwich closed. False advertising.
