I stop into this Subway on the Antelope Valley College campus about four times a week. As a professor on campus who tries to follow a healthy diet, I really appreciate having this option so close by. The service is consistently excellent, the staff always treats me with kindness, respect, and positivity, and I make sure to do the same in return. Usually pretty good experience here, though sometimes they forget to add things if it's a mobile / online order. To those of you complaining about being late to class because of the long lines, that is literally on you. Come earlier as wait times are usually fairly long. Dear [Manager/Subway Corporate], I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the customer service experience at the Subway located inside AV College. If it were possible to give no stars, I would, due to the consistently poor treatment we have received from the staff.
