Terrible service. The lady who usually works there has the WORST attitude/customer service. I waited and waited...She was soooo slow and didn't bother to acknowledge I was there, waiting. Got tired of waiting, and being ignored, and walked away. Used to go there often but I'm not going back.
Placed an order online and it didn’t show option to toast it I went into the location before they started making the sandwich to see if they can toast it and Maribel Told me I had to void my entire order and reorder it just to get it toasted because it has to be taxed correctly? Wild
The woman who was working Thursday, 9/5/24 at 11:00 am doesn't like her job whatsoever. There's absolutely no need to have such a bad attitude upon a customer walking into your business. I will never return to this location again.
This Subway is my go-to for a quick sandwich to eat in the Antelope Valley. The service received is excellent and the ingredients are fresh. The staff keep busy, constantly restocking items and making sure the store stays in excellent shape. -1 star: The manager is cheap and runs their AC at a luke-warm 83⁰F in an environment with brutally hot ovens. Sometimes hard to find parking.
