2nd time ive gotten from here, and purposely messed my order up. But my golly if you go inside they actually get it right. Whoever night crew/ closing employees are. You should be ashamed of yourselves and do better. Completely understand why no one wants Wauseon Subway, they prefer Delta or Archbold! Get it together cause yall are getting to be worse than McDonald's.
Service was horrible. I was greeted upon entry and that was where the customer service stopped. I was asked to wait, which I did patiently and quietly. I stood there for 20 minutes, holding my coupon up the entire time, looking at the board trying to decide what I wanted to order. After waiting and waiting to be served, the one girl came up and whispered something I couldn't hear. Don't waste your money! 2 subs $27 getting them to put veggies on your sub is like pulling teeth i asked for banana peppers and they stand there and tear them apart I said umm can I get more peppers? so they put one more on my sandwich I had to ask for more of everything I asked for on my sub and when it was done it was around half what I would have gotten not asking for more at the delta subway they dont accept coupons and can't seem to talk over a whisper then get annoyed when you don't understand what they are saying I ha... read more
