Service was horrible. I was greeted upon entry and that was where the customer service stopped. I was asked to wait, which I did patiently and quietly. I stood there for 20 minutes, holding my coupon up the entire time, looking at the board trying to decide what I wanted to order. Don't waste your money! 2 subs $27 getting them to put veggies on your sub is like pulling teeth i asked for banana peppers and they stand there and tear them apart I said umm can I get more peppers? so they put one more on my sandwich I had to ask for more of everything I asked for on my sub and when it was done it was around half what I would have gotten not asking for more at the delta subway they dont accept coupons and can't seem to talk over a whisper then get annoyed when you don't understand what they are saying I ha... read more
They made my sub incorrect and gave me attitude for saying something about it. Gave me a new sub and was completely made wrong and processed to give me attitude because they screwed up. Terrible customer service.
Everything was fresh like it should be. Jalapenos had zero heat. Disappointed. But the sandwich was good. Service was very good. Highly recommend this particular subway. I took off a star because they don't accept coupons. That kinda sucks.
