very poor service no one never in here been waiting 20 minutes no one showed
I ordered online, 1st she said it was the wrong location.2nd she said I had to wait till 9 to see it in the system. Waited all that time just to be told my orders didn't go thru but my money was taken out my account not pending! No since of customer service!
The lack of customer service is sad. We had to ring the bell to be helped and when the worker appeared from somewhere she was like someone was disturbing her at her job. No smile, looked sad and just unprofessional. Subway needs to get it together
Nasty dirty and rude. Lazy ignorant employees. Place should be shut down. You can see the employees cell phone on the cutting board. She was more concerned with that than serving customers.
